I’m Judy Farrington Aust, the firm’s founder, and it is my mission to offer dispute resolution services that accommodate the precise needs of the parties in virtually any civil dispute, including personal injury, professional liability, product liability, toxic exposure, construction defects, retail, restaurant and hospitality, fraud, insurance coverage, contract disputes, business liability and employment matters involving discrimination, harassment and wage and hour disputes along with many others.

A key component of Aust ADR is flexibility.  Having traveled throughout Georgia during nearly thirty years as a trial lawyer, I bring portability to mediation and arbitration, going where the parties need me, while offering convenient and comfortable conference facilities in Atlanta when that is preferred.

Over the course of many hundreds of civil lawsuits, I have developed a wealth of experience in case evaluation and settlement negotiation. As a seasoned advocate in mediations and arbitrations, I have come to understand well what strengths make the most effective neutrals. My work is infused with determination, creativity, energy, personality, respect for the parties’ time and money and willingness to work as hard as it takes for as long as it takes to get the best possible result. The overall commitment of my firm is to bring to every mediation or arbitration the assurance that the parties are the singular priority from the moment the process begins until it is is concluded.
