Fees

Mediation:

• $200 administrative fee (divided between parties)
• $200 per party per hour
• Invoiced for payment within 30 days following event

Arbitration

• $200 administration fee (divided between parties)
• $350 per party per hour
• Invoiced for payment within 30 days following event

Travel

There is no mileage charge for travel within the state of Georgia.  For mediation or arbitration more than 30 miles outside the Atlanta metro area, a minimum three-hour commitment will apply.

Document Review

The parties are encouraged to submit position papers and/or any evidentiary material you’d like me to review before the mediation. I do not charge any extra fee for review of materials up to twenty-five pages.
